We can offer all types of consultancy services such as machinery selection, workshop designs, fertility and pesticide programs, soil and water testing etc.
Additionally we offer services to train your staff in all aspect related to daily operations of your Course
Programs will be established for your club and passed to the GCS and Management for implementation. Depending on your requirements we visit periodically to follow up and make comments when required.
Full time telecommunication and email support is offered
Regular reports with recommended action plans etc
Attend meetings at the request of your Club

PROBLEM AREAS IDENTIFICATION AND RECTIFICATION

On-site technical identification of specific problem areas and tehnical advice on how to repair the areas..
Includes recommendations and instructions on how to avoid future problems.

STAFF TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Training programmes for field maintenance staff on machinery operation; fertilizer and chemical application; routine day-to-day scheduling and even budgeting for the senior staff.

TOURNAMENT PREPARATION

Will provide advice and consultancy on tournament preparation for major tournaments. From increasing green speed to improving general conditions of playing areas. For a golf course looking at a tournament two years down to a golf course dreading a tournament two weeks away, we can help to make it better.

GOLF COURSE EVALUATION: SOIL/WATER TEST, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION.

To establish current course condition, existing personnel, maintenance programmes etc Develop new programmes and schedules to improve course condition.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Assist with the selection of Architects based on your requirements
Assist with initial budgeting through to final approvals
Make recommendations for suitable contractors, construction materials and grass selection etc.
Assist with scheduling of your project taking into consideration local factors that often cause time over runs
Monitor progress continuously, offering support to enhance completed project and submission of monthly reports on issue arising
Assist with suitable staff placement should it be required
Train staff for the future management with a direct hands on approach

Training - ATM have compiled a Golf Course Maintenance Handbook which is used as the basis of our theoritical training. This manual can be adjusted to fit your Club for future reference. During our site visits we request that both the Course Superintendent and the Assistant do a course inspection with us to show hands on our findings. We can arrange both local and International cross training visits to other courses for ideas and comparisons ( Study Tour )
